THE
COMMUNIDAD VALENCIA will be spending
vast sums of money in this area over the next 5 years, a new
airport 20km to the North West will be open in 2006 and there
will be a link with the new high speed train that will run
to Madrid, Barcelona and Paris. There is already the motorway
A7 that's runs through to the Channel Tunnel. Approval has
already been given for a 10,000,000sqm theme park to be called
‘Mundo Illusion’ (World of Illusions).

Cup is due to commence, real estate and land prices
will soar in the Valencia Region. Conservative estimates suggest
